ZZP Netto Calculator

Terms of use

ZZP Netto Calculator · version 1.0 · last updated 26 July 2026

The app gives an indication based on published rates. It is not tax advice and does not replace your accountant or your filing with the Belastingdienst.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply between you and Yazilimsoft for use of the mobile app ZZP Netto Calculator. By installing and using the app you agree to them.

2. What you get

You buy a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on the devices linked to your app store account. The app itself remains the property of Yazilimsoft.

3. What the app does and does not do

The app calculates using the brackets, rates, deductions and tax credits published by the Belastingdienst for tax years 2025 and 2026, assuming profit from a business taxed in box 1 for someone below the AOW pension age.

The app does not account for, among other things:

4. Not tax advice

Results are indicative. Yazilimsoft is not a tax adviser and the app does not provide personal tax, legal or financial advice. Do not base final decisions — your tax return, your hourly rate, a mortgage application — on the app alone. Have your situation reviewed by an accountant or tax adviser.

5. Liability

The app is provided as is. Yazilimsoft is not liable for damage arising from use of the app or from decisions you make based on its results, except in cases of intent or conscious recklessness. To the extent liability does arise, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

This limitation does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are governed by that store's policy; we cannot reverse a purchase ourselves. For a refund, contact the store where you bought the app.

7. Updates

Tax rates change every year. We aim to update the app when the Belastingdienst publishes new figures, but we do not guarantee a fixed update schedule or uninterrupted availability.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law designates another court.
